Production Intern

Reports to: Producer, Vide President of Marketing

PayPerPost, Inc. is the leading marketplace for Consumer Generated Advertising. The PayPerPost platform connects advertisers with bloggers and other consumer content creators in order to develop and distribute compelling material throughout the blogosphere and social networks. Advertisers compensate bloggers to promote their products, services and websites, providing bloggers with a way to monetize their blog and traffic unlike ever before.

We need someone who will work with our production team in creating and supporting the company's web-based reality show, RockStartup, and in assisting with audio for our CEO's postcasts. The production team handles digital assets management, legal compliance and releases, video and audio editing, filming, story ideas, etc.

The person hired will focus his/her time toward helping us set up a cataloging and inventory system to track and cross-reference thousands of hours of video footage and files of model release documents and other materials. The person hired will also gain some hands-on experience in recording podcasts, documentary-style video production using top-of-the line Mac editing systems, HD cameras, and other equipment. The intern will work closely with all levels of company personnel, and will gain insight into the day-to-day operations of an exciting internet start-up company.

Experience working with Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Photoshop, digital media equipment, or any related editing, audio and camera equipment and tools is preferred, but not required. The person hired will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-competition release, as he/she will be privy to some information that is proprietary in nature and cannot be shared outside the company.

Media Sales and Marketing Intern

Reports to: Vice President of Sales, Vide President of Marketing

We need someone who will work with our marketing and sales solution teams in a variety of capacities which include the following: proposal development, campaign optimization, entering advertising opportunities into the system, writing copy, assisting with event organization, participating on client and agency conference calls, developing creative concepts, assisting team with sending collateral and sampling materials to our Posties, other.

We are seeking a person who is a creative thinker and has a long-term desire to work for an advertising agency or media company.

Experience working with a Mac is highly desirable. The person hired will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-competition release, as he/she will be privy to some information that is proprietary in nature and cannot be shared outside the company.
